BOINGO ROAMING AGREEMENT WITH BELGIUM'S TELENET LEADS TO DRAMATIC NETWORK EXPANSION IN THE HEART OF EUROPE

Accord with Leading WISP Will Connect Boingo Users to More Than 1000 Hot Spots in Belgium and Luxembourg including Airports, Train Stations, Conference Centers

SANTA MONICA, CA - - 28 Mar, 2006 - Boingo Wireless, the world’s leading Wi-Fi network aggregator, today announced a roaming agreement with Telenet N.V., the largest cable operator in Belgium and one of Europe’s top wireless Internet service providers (WISP).

Telenet operates a Wi-Fi hotspot network with more than 1000 locations blanketing Belgium and Luxembourg, including airports in Brussels and Antwerp, top train stations in Belgium, conference centers, hotels, restaurants and stadiums. Additionally, the Telenet network includes hotspots in popular brand-name restaurant and retail locations in Brussels, Antwerp and other cities throughout the region via partnerships with Lunch Garden, Carestel Highway Restaurants, Auto 5, Palm Breweries as well as more than 130 Q8 gas stations.

The agreement expands the Boingo® Roaming System from about 50 locations in Belgium and Luxembourg to more than 1000 locations.

“Belgium has a high Wi-Fi usage given its role as the government seat of the European Union and as a hub for multinational companies doing business in Europe. It is the perfect situation to pair the easy connectivity and signal management capabilities of the Boingo software with Telenet’s expansive and high-quality network to provide a great online experience for our users,” said Luis Serrano, Boingo's director of network strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

“Driven by the technology performance benefit, Wi-Fi is becoming the wireless Internet access medium of choice across Europe, and we want to be a successful leader in that evolution. By opening our network to high-quality roaming partners like Boingo, we can increase the ease of use of Wi-Fi for business travelers and professionals which will continue to build the demand for our services,” said Nico Reeskens, senior vice president Telenet Wireless Division.
